No. A kitchen scale, mixing bowl, and oven are enough. A Dutch oven helps with steam, but we show alternatives like inverted trays and ice for steam bursts.
How do refunds work?
If a course doesn’t fit your goals, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and before completing more than 25% of the content. We process refunds within 5 business days.
Can I access courses at my own pace?
Yes. All courses are on-demand with lifetime access, including future updates to formulas and timing guides.
Will you grade my bakes?
Instructors provide formative feedback in discussion threads and monthly office hours. We do not issue grades; we focus on repeatable technique and flavor outcomes.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. Complete course milestones and submit a photo/notes checklist to receive a verifiable completion certificate for that course.
What if my starter is weak?
Use our Starter Rescue protocol: feed 1:2:2 twice daily for 3 days at 75–78°F, switching flours if needed. Join our clinic thread for tailored timing adjustments.
Is gluten-free bread covered?
Yes. We have a dedicated track for gluten-free loaves with tested blends, hydration ranges, and pan methods that produce lift and tenderness.
Can I gift a course?
Absolutely. Purchase a course and forward the receipt to support to convert it into a gift voucher for your recipient.
